No animal will be automatically refused care based on health, age, or behavioural problems. I know that having a pet who is old, injured, sick or has a chronic illness require an extra level of care that can prove difficult to accommodate. During the initial meeting we will discuss fully your pets needs and you will be informed of any extra steps or costs that may be incurred.
