• Decide what service you need and when you need them
• Contact me with the information on what you require
• I will get back to you within 24 hours to set up the initial meeting.
• During the initial meeting (approx. 30mins), we will discuss your pets requirements, the service you desire, cost, loyalty scheme, travel charges, cancellation policy, invoicing, payments, and offer you opportunity to ask any questions. See the Price List for information.
• Service commences.
